Bonus Week
Vacation fun awaits you at the Georgian Inn Beach Club. We are proud to announce a promotional Bonus Week offer to its Owners. We would like for the Owners and their Guests to take this opportunity to enjoy the lifetime of vacation memories that lie ahead of you. So gather your family and/or travel companions and relax with us at the Georgian Inn Beach Club.
Requirements:
- Each GIBC Owner is eligible to request a reservation, as long as the Owner remains current in the payment of all fees and expenses associated with his or her ownership.
- Owner must make the reservation.
- Request for Reservations can be made up to 3 months prior to arriving. For example: if desired week begins on 7/24, you can call us on 4/24 to request a Bonus Week.
- There are no limitations on the number of reservations that an Owner can make based on availability, except for peak season weeks 20-31, when only 2 will be allowed, if available.
- A Flat fee of $249.00 per week (Taxes and Misc fees included).
- While the GIBC is designed to be used by its Owners, GIBC Owners also have the ability to reserve unit weeks for their friends and/or other family members. There is a $39 Gift Certificate fee, which must be paid for at time of reservation.
- Payment must be made at time of reservation, including the gift certificate fee if it is for a guest. This payment is non-refundable.
- Please remember, you are booking a 7 day vacation. Unit rentals are based on availability. You cannot choose what type of unit or location (Units 801 & 802 excluded, as well as special event weeks).
- Guest must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid photo ID and have a credit card at check-in.
- A reminder that any damages to the unit are the responsibility of the Owner, including damages that may occur during a reservation for your guest.

Terms & Conditions
Bonus Weeks are drastically discounted vacation rentals available to timeshare owners. With Bonus Weeks savings up to 75% off the resort's rental rates, you will be paying less than the cost of a maintenance fee.
There are no restrictions to coupling a Bonus Week with a regular vacation week.
If you have ever thought about extending your current vacation time to two or more weeks, or needed an additional unit so family or friends can travel with you, take advantage of Bonus Weeks.
These Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding agreement between you and us when you use the Bonus Weeks program. You may use the Bonus Weeks program and the services and/or products offered there as long as you comply with the Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using this program, you agree to the Terms. The Terms are meant to protect all of our members and your use of the Bonus Weeks program signifies your agreement with these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE BONUS WEEKS PROGRAM. Georgian Inn Beach Club Association, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
You must be a Georgian Inn owner in good standing, be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have a valid credit card in your name to confirm a Bonus Week.
Occupancy of an efficiency unit is a maximum of 4. Babies and small children count towards the occupancy limit. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
You acknowledge that all lodging confirmed through this Bonus Week program are NON-CANCELABLE. ONCE YOU HAVE REQUESTED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION AND HAVE PAID YOUR BONUS FEE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASONS WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NONUSE OF THE LODGING.
Guests are expected to abide by all rules of conduct at the resort. Guests shall be responsible for all personal charges (e.g. telephone calls, meals, taxi fares, etc.), as well as any damage or loss to resort rooms and/or facilities.
All bookings of reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling.
You will be required to present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in as a security deposit only.
