Resale Information
Georgian Inn Beach Club acquires units from owners through foreclosures or deeds in lieu of foreclosure. We can then sell them to other owners, who pay their dues faithfully. In a limited number, we can also sell them to the public. Prices vary depending on the unit type and week.
Closing cost is only $200 in most cases and is paid by the buyer.
Unfortunately we cannot offer financing, nor do we accept trade-ins of a unit you may currently own.
We have exchange affiliations with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) and Interval International (II).
