If you live within a few hours of the Georgian Inn, you can really take advantage of our Owner Day Trips. Come anytime with your family and utilize GIBC's large pool, grill area, and beach (subject to busy time restrictions).

Owners enjoy peace of mind. Your week (or weeks) are paid in advance and all you have to do is come enjoy your vacation! Owners are kept in the loop on rennovations and developments at GIBC and enjoy reduced price bonus weeks during other times of the year.

Owners pay yearly maintence fees that come out to be signifigantly lower than paying for rooms at a normal beachfront hotel. GIBC provides its owners with many services and amenities not featured by most hotels!

Many things make the Georgian Inn Beach Club a one-of-a-kind place to stay. These things include:
  • GIBC is a smaller independant timeshare, with no sister locations or corporate management.
  • Since the GIBC is its own private entity, it is essentially owned by all of its owners. Every year, all of our owners elect the Board of Directors that make decisions for the resort. You have a voice and a say in the direction that the GIBC takes!
  • Many units at the GIBC have been recently remodeled, or are up next! We are constantly aiming to improve the customer stay and have found many ways to do just that.
  • Timeshares are deeded properties, meaning that they are also fixed weeks. The dates for each week vary slightly year to year, but usually not by more than a day or two. You will always know when your vacation is coming!
  • GIBC operates in the RCI timeshare group, meaning that you can "bank" your unit if you are in good standing and stay at any of RCI's properties around the world! You can also choose for us to try and rent out your unit and you will be able to take hom 80% of what we make doing so. You also have the option to credit your account for next year's dues or pay part of the current year's!

All owners can purchase a bonus week. You can plan an extra week any year for a fantastic price! Owners also can enjoy our corporate rate when they stay any time of the year. Note: Black out dates do apply for bonus weeks and corporate rates must be requested within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
